We are tremendously proud to announce Rachel and Vanessa, both Care Providers as our newest Exceptional Catch Award honorees! This dynamic team recognized the signs of a stroke and immediately initiated appropriate care, and procedures to ensure our resident received prompt emergency services. We’re happy to report our resident was able to to return home thanks to the experienced, quality care Rachel and Vanessa provided.
