Each plan is built so that it has the ability to adapt to changes in the market place and changes in goals throughout each year.
Training and Education for Marketing and Sales is extremely important. Welcome Home Management utilizes a special system that puts the emphasis on building relationships with prospects and their families who are looking for a senior living community.
Each Executive Director and Marketing Director is required to participate in an entry education program that introduces them to the overall program. During the first year, the team is required to participate in weekly or monthly strategic calls with our team.
