We had a great time yesterday with the conference and last night at the awards presentation. Thanks to all of you who tuned in, it was really exciting. By using internet broadcast last night, we were able to see how well the tool worked for us. Based on last night, we will use the broadcast option in the future from conferences like this to give the same training back in the communities as well.
Today’s portion of the conference began with the Top 10 Questions from Dean Bloemke, Sarah Work, and Roman Bloemke. In the second session, Roman Bloemke gave wonderful presentation about focusing on the Customer Experience. Right now, Michelle Klegon, Attorney, is presenting on the appropriate ways to document. Later this afternoon, Ted May will be here to talk about how to write an effective business letter; Jacob Work and Katie May will present on fall reduction programs, and we’ll have Liz Sether and Mary Youle from Aging Services of Minnesota here to talk about Preparing for a Survey. Our final speaker this afternoon is Liz Ferron who will talk about Creating a Healthier Self in the New Year.
