Day 3 was a short one, but the first session said a lot. First thing for each of us. Make a positive difference in people’s lives every day. Start your day with purpose. Ask yourself “Today I am living my purpose to:______________.”
Create a postive culture in our community. Make it a fun place to come to work each day. Make it an awesome place to live. Create a culture in the community where you would easily take your parents or your grandparents to live. Each and every day, I look in to our communities and see the awesome work the team is doing.
Remember, it’s a journey, and it’s ok – even mandatory to have fun!
