Today’s featured speaker is Jos de Blok. Jos de Blok is the Director and Founder of Buurtzorg Nederland, an innovative home health care organization based in Holland which has won numerous awards since its creation in 2007. A very recent study by Ernst & Young indicates that the new delivery system put in place by Buurtzorg Nederland has resulted in significant government savings while improving the quality of care for the clients it serves.
Today’s event is sponsored by AARP, Aging Services of Minnesota, Minnesota Home Care Association, and the University of Minnesota Center on Aging.
