Today, the heart and soul of the care providers visited Welcome Home for their Fall Workshop.
We covered a variety of topics, but the overall goal was sharing information between all of the communities. What works, best practices, scheduling ideas, taking inventory, and being a leader in the community.
The overall result was a great conversation around the compassion that is needed to be, not just a good care provider, but a great care provider. Successful teams have cohesive goals and operate as one team.
As the day finished, we talked about how Lead Care Managers and their team of care providers are changing the lives of the residents who call the communities home – every day.
Jacob Work, Regional Director at Welcome Home Management stated, “Today was a valuable learning experience for all of our lead care managers whether they be new or experienced. They brought up many ideas that have worked to make their communities a success. We also were able to assist new LCM in answering questions that they may have about there job.”
Thank you to everyone who came to our workshop today. You shared great stories and really supported each other – all marks of a great team.
